Maintenance Contracts are bespoke to each establishment depending on the level of cover required from simply normal office hours or extended to cover evenings and weekends.

Catering Maintenance Contract Payment Terms.

 

Large Companies
The contract is invoiced annually and paid for before commencement for works.  Once Payment is received a comprehensive service will be carried out usually within 6 weeks unless arranged otherwise. All parts are charged for as per individual quotations.

Payment Plan  Suited to smaller independent restaurants and Cafes
Our payment plan is geared towards smaller independent establishments who would like peace of mind of a contract but may find it beneficial to spread the maintenance costs to ease cash flow.
30% deposit with the remainder of the balance paid over 9 months by standing order. Once the 30% deposit payment is received a comprehensive service will be carried out usually within 6 weeks unless arranged otherwise.
The second year the payments maybe spread over twelve months providing all payment were paid on time and by standing order on the 1st of every month.

 

Payment Plan Terms.
Payments must be paid by standing order on the 1st of the month.  If payments are missed and in arrears by 7 days call-outs will be suspended until the arrears are paid. If payments become 60 days in arrears the contract would be voided and all work carried out to date would be invoiced at our standard rates. All parts are payable on the day of fitting, parts that cost of £50 or more maybe requested to pay for before ordering, this is subject to payment history and management decision, managers decision final.
